Every ONE TRUFFLE specimen arrives already complete: identified, weighed, photographed and bound to the authentic footage of its find. It is the first step of the ladder and it is included in the product. Even here, our value is greater than ordinary trade: we sell a documented story, not a weight.

Product + identity + proof of the find

The foundation, complete in itself. ONE receives the truffle and the original footage of the find from the hunter: the product is identified, weighed, photographed and linked to its own STORY. Not an anonymous truffle, but that precise truffle with its documented story.

ONE STORY

From document to story

ONE turns the raw footage of the find into a short professional film. No longer “here is the truffle video”, but “this is the story of the truffle that has arrived at your restaurant”.

ONE CHEF

The restaurant enters the story

ONE provides a very simple Chef Shooting Guide: five short, pre-defined shots that can be filmed with a smartphone. The restaurant uploads them and ONE edits them together with the original film of the find. The story becomes: woods → find → journey → restaurant → chef → dish.

The film becomes a sales tool

ONE EXPERIENCE

The guest enters the story

The film is screened during dinner: the guest sees the truffle emerge from the earth, its journey and the chef's interpretation. Then: THIS STORY IS NOT OVER. THE END IS YOURS. The dish arrives, and the guest becomes the protagonist of the final chapter.

ONE MEMORY

The guest takes the story home

The restaurant sends ONE a few images of the evening. ONE completes the film: woods → truffle → chef → dish → table → guest. The next day the guest receives their story: “This story happened once. And you were part of it.”
